“We believe building your new home should be easy and affordable,” said Davis Homes President and CEO Brad Davis. “We feel honored to be back to build the 2020 Centerpiece Home. This opportunity allows Davis Homes to demonstrate the vibrant living spaces, new trends, and dramatic home exteriors available to today’s discerning home buyers. Davis Homes is proud to bring affordable luxury to Central Indiana, both within our own communities and on your own lot.”
This Centerpiece Home has a fresh, eye-catching elevation featuring multiple materials. The stone, brick, and wood add depth, texture, and dimension. The home’s interior design is by Shelby Rouse from Luxe Home Interiors, a locally owned, full-service furniture showroom and interior design boutique located in Carmel that specializes in furniture interior design and all things for your home.
“My inspiration for this home is the Sophisticated Bohemian Chic design currently trending across the country,” Rouse said. “I am drawn by the weighted earthy textures and eclectic feel from the blending of old and new. The design features a simplistic, clean look that is so dominant in this trend. Exposed wood beams, a curated collection of materials, and crisp horizontal lines are featured in a way that allows Home Show attendees to envision ways to bring the eclectic boho chic style into their own homes. Soothing hues, including muted greens, soft whites, bold blacks, and warm neutrals are paired with multiple textures both inside and out. This interesting combination gives the home a relaxed and sophisticated boho feel.”
