REALTOR® Partner Program
The broker must be the procuring cause of the sale and have been registered prior to the purchase agreement. Procuring cause is defined as directly providing the initial introduction to a Davis Homes representative. Broker acknowledges client(s) cannot be referred by a Davis Homes representative for the sale of an existing property, or any other representation, and then be included in commission on the Davis Homes purchase.
Broker understands buyer(s) may be contacted directly by builder representative. All broker registrations will be valid in all Davis Homes locations for a 60-day period from date of registration.
In the event more than one broker has registered the same client, a commission will be paid only to the Broker who first registered the client provided said broker registration is still in effect at the time the buyer executes the contract.
Qualifying broker will receive a commission fee of 3% of the net sale price at time of contract (less lot and site costs). Commission Payment will occur at final closing on a community or Builder Finance sale. Commission payment on Construction-to-Perm financing will occur at receipt of foundation draw.
