Welcome to the Davis Homes website (“Site”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

The Davis Homes websites (the “Websites”) and all content, materials, designs, graphics, floorplans, renderings, text, and information made available on or through the Websites (collectively, “Davis Homes Content”) may be accessed and used only in accordance with these Terms.

Davis Homes reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. Future phases, schools, retail developments, or infrastructure referenced on the Site are not guaranteed.
SMS / Text Messaging
This SMS program is operated by Davis Building Group, LLC (“Davis Homes”). We offer text message communication to prospective and current customers who opt in via our website forms or by texting our published numbers directly. By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Davis Homes, including lead follow-up, appointment scheduling and confirmations, build updates, and informational replies.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
