The On Your Lot Process
Free Site Cost Analysis
Our experienced On Your Lot Custom Home team will inspect the land and conduct a site survey. Based on the results of the survey, the On Your Lot Custom Home team will then establish a budget for those items that may be required to make the land suitable for building. Some of those items might be removing trees, grading land, obtaining building permits or implementing a well or septic system.
Customizing Your Plan
You then select a new home floor plan from our extensive collection and customize it to meet your needs. We also have a Design Studio where we help you choose cabinets, countertops, flooring, and so much more.
