The Davis family name reflects a tradition of excellence responsible for creating more than 20,000 homes in communities and on client-owned lots throughout Indiana.  That tradition is being carried forward by CEO Bradley C. Davis, a third-generation builder.

As our Marketing Coordinator, you assist with lead generation through a variety of marketing tactics, support our sales team with event coordination, collaborate with our Digital Marketing Specialist, and champion the Davis Homes brand across all marketing tactics. Essential responsibilities include developing all sales-related marketing materials (brochures, flyers, website copy, ads, signage, etc.), assisting with event coordination and promotion (open houses, grand openings, realtor events, etc.), managing Davis-owned lot and community sign & mowing programs, administering the Davis apparel store, participating in cross-functional work teams, and more.

Specifically, you will:

  • Support sales team with event coordination & promotion
  • Develop custom marketing materials as needed; coordinate with print vendors as needed
  • Maintain floorplan brochures and included features sheets; create new materials as needed
  • Coordinate new home photography (models, portfolio shots, Matterports, virtual & 3D imagery, etc.)
  • Coordinate development and production of sales-related videos and reels
  • Write and edit website copy; assist Digital Marketing Specialist with website maintenance
  • Write and edit email copy; in collaboration with Digital Marketing Specialist create email templates
  • Maintain inventory of available lot signs; coordinate lot and entryway signage for new and existing communities; execute model & sales center marketing checklist
  • Manage the mowing schedule and list of homes/communities; coordinate with landscape/mowing company
  • Attend new community kickoff meetings; execute new community marketing checklist
  • Maintain file structure and integrity of the Marketing network drive
  • Coordinate monthly closed customer surveys; review and report on findings
  • Assist with ongoing customer data modeling projects
  • Identify and assist with analyzing competitor data

 

You will use your attention to detail and critical thinking skills to develop and manage external marketing messages to drive brand awareness and support lead generation. You are customer-focused and committed to maintaining accurate and complete prospect records. You are an excellent communicator who values being part of an integrated sales and marketing environment.

Essential Candidate Qualities

  • Organized for efficiency and motivated to work independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven work experience as a marketing coordinator
  • Solid computer skills, including Office 365 applications, Canva, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign
  • Exceptional responsiveness and ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment
