Bill and Sherri Thompson, their children Mikayla and Hunter, Bill’s mother Barbara (and, their 3 dogs Khloe, Wynter and Star) recently invited us to their Davis built home in Camby, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you.

Sherri’s parents built with Davis Homes in 1969. Because Sherri knew Davis Homes builds a quality home, she and her husband Bill built a Davis home in 2005. They lived in that home for 11 years. In 2016, they decided to sell and build again.

They were so happy with their first Davis home that they chose to build with Davis again in 2016. This time they chose the Doral floor plan.

They chose the Doral floor plan because of the spacious entry, open floor plan, large kitchen and huge pantry.

They appreciated being able to make endless custom changes to the Doral floor plan. Some of these changes included adding a 3rd car garage, adding a doggy door and a ramp for their dogs and making all doors and showers handicap accessible.

They also took out the formal dining room and replaced that with a larger kitchen, a third full bathroom and were able to make the bedrooms larger, as well.

In total, the Thompson’s home has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The entire family loves that the home is spacious enough for everyone to have their own space.

We’d like to thank Bill and Sherri Thompson, their children Mikayla and Hunter, Bill’s mother Barbara (and, their 3 dogs Khloe, Wynter and Star) for welcoming us into their home and sharing their Davis Homes building story with us. And, we hope they continue to enjoy sharing their home with family and friends for years to come.
