Join Davis Homes at the 2026 NWI Parade of Homes
From September 18–27, 2026, the NWI Fall Parade of Homes will welcome visitors to Stonebridge in Valparaiso to explore seven luxury homes from seven participating builders—including Davis Homes. We are excited to be part of this year’s event, and we invite you to join us for a closer look at the possibilities of new construction!
Step Inside and Get Inspired
During this year’s Parade, explore Davis Homes’ featured home at 472 Stonebridge Parkway in Valparaiso.
Inside, discover a kitchen featuring quartz countertops and soft-close cabinetry, a welcoming great room with a wood-burning fireplace, and two laundry areas—including one attached to the primary suite. The finished basement adds room for gathering with a wet bar and spacious living area, while a four-car garage provides plenty of additional space.
The inspiration continues outdoors with a covered porch featuring its own wood-burning fireplace and an upgraded hardscape patio. Imagine cozy fall evenings, weekend get-togethers, and everyday moments in a home with room to spread out.
