We’re thrilled to welcome Brandon Knox to the team as our new Land Acquisition Manager. With more than a decade of experience in community planning and real estate development, Brandon brings a deep understanding of land strategy and a passion for helping buyers like you find the perfect place to call home.
If you’re building a new home, one of the biggest challenges can be finding the right land to build on. That’s where Brandon comes in. His role is to actively search for both on-market and off-market homesites, giving our buyers access to opportunities they might not be able to find on their own. He negotiates directly with landowners and sellers to secure land at the best prices, so you don’t have to take on the stress of land shopping or tough negotiations.
By identifying and securing land ahead of time, we’re able to offer buyers more ready-to-build options, making your homebuilding journey smoother and more efficient. It’s a huge win for our buyers, and Brandon’s expertise helps make it all possible.
