Jamin and Katie and their children Camden (12), Mackenzie (8), Reid (5) and their dog Sophie (2) an Australian Labradoodle have invited us to share their journey of their home being built by Davis Homes in Martinsville, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you!
They have decided to build their dream home (the Davis Homes Manchester Floor Plan with a Modern Farmhouse exterior) on a gorgeous wooded lot in Martinsville, IN.
On their first floor, they have added a sun room, with barn doors. And, a shiplap fireplace in their family room.
In their kitchen, Jamin and Katie chose white outer cabinets and gray cabinets for the island. Gorgeous quartz countertops and a timeless subway tile backsplash in a herringbone pattern.
On their second floor, they have 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a loft.
Both their walk-in closet and walk-in shower are extra spacious.
