Jamin and Katie and their children Camden (12), Mackenzie (8), Reid (5) and their dog Sophie (2) an Australian Labradoodle have invited us to share their journey of their home being built by Davis Homes in Martinsville, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you!
They have decided to build their dream home (the Davis Homes Manchester Floor Plan with a Modern Farmhouse exterior) on a gorgeous wooded lot in Martinsville, IN.
They added a basement with a full bath, guest room and a rec room.
You can see the basement starting to come to life in these photos.
And, how excited Katie is for a home with a basement for her family to make memories in.
