Jamin and Katie and their children Camden (12), Mackenzie (8), Reid (5) and their dog Sophie (2) an Australian Labradoodle have invited us to share their journey of their home being built by Davis Homes in Martinsville, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you!
Jamin and Katie have decided to build their dream home on a gorgeous lot in Martinsville, IN.
They fell in love with the Modern Farmhouse front elevation of Davis Homes Manchester Floor Plan.
And, have decided to build the Manchester Floor Plan with a few modifications, including a 3-car garage.
In addition to loving the look of the exterior, they also like that the Manchester Floor Plan offers a family room right off the kitchen,
all bedrooms are on the 2nd floor
and that they will be able to have a basement for their children to hang out in.
Jamin and Katie’s design style for their future kitchen and master bathroom has been inspired by the Davis Homes On Your Lot Show Home.
They were drawn to the light and bright colors and the large island in the kitchen.
And, the luxurious walk-in shower in the master bathroom.
We’d like to thank Jamin, Katie, Camden, Mackenzie and Reid for allowing us to share their Davis Homes building story.
