Matt and Mandy and their daughters Reece and Mila recently invited us to their home built by Davis Homes in Pendleton, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you!
Matt and Mandy decided to build their dream home in Pendleton, IN because of the close proximity to both Muncie (where their extended families live) and downtown Indianapolis (where they both work).
When the time came to choose a home builder, Davis Homes was the logical choice. Matt and Mandy knew they would get a quality built home, because a home they had previously lived in was built by Davis Homes.
They chose the Davis Homes Tamworth Floor Plan for a few reasons.
The arched doorways.
The ability to have a floor to ceiling stone fireplace.
And, waterproof luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.
One of their favorite features in their home is their spacious kitchen island, which perfect for entertaining.
And, they love having an upstairs loft where Reece and Mila can play.
They are planning to convert this game room into a home office, once they have completed their basement (you can view a 3D Tour of the basement here).
Matt, Mandy, Reece and Mila love being silly and having a good time with each other in their new home. And, are looking forward to hosting friends and family at their home for a holiday party later this month.
