Jennifer and Angel recently invited us to their Davis built home in Martinsville, IN. We are thrilled to share their building story with you.
Jennifer and Angel first discovered Davis Homes at the Indianapolis Home Show and later rediscovered Davis Homes online.
They chose Davis Homes as their home builder because they felt comfortable with their salesperson and felt like they would be able call him at any time – that ended up being true. They still have a great relationship with their salesperson. So great, in fact, that they referred Jennifer’s mother to Davis Homes – she is currently in the beginning stages of building her dream home.
They chose to build their On Your Lot custom home with Davis Homes in Martinsville, IN because of the close proximity to both Bloomington and Indianapolis (Jennifer works in Bloomington, IN).
And, it was really important that the home have a designated office space because Angel works from home.
Jennifer and Angel customized the one-level Burlington floor plan to make it their own.
This included adding floor to ceiling windows along the back side of the home.
And, situating their microwave in their lower cabinets.
Cooktop in their island. And, window over the sink.
They’ve already hosted a housewarming and a fall party (which included a bonfire and hayride) with their neighbors. We hope they continue to enjoy sharing their home with family and friends for years to come.
